Terms & Conditions of sale
Our minimum order requirement is 1 item per style per colour.
Wholesale prices do not include VAT.
Trade orders will be on a Pro-forma invoice basis with 50% deposit required when the order is placed.
For trade orders FrancesNuttLondon requires 50% balance payable within 15 days of delivery
Postage and Packing will be added at cost price.
For all overseas orders prices are on an ex works basis where the customer is liable for all shipping costs including taxes, duties, local transport costs and customs fees.
All customers paying by BACS, CHAPS or international transfer must cover all bank charges.

Delivery
If an item is in stock we will endeavour to despatch it within three working days. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for delivery of certain items in the UK/EU and generally to the rest of the world. Delivery on split shipment of goods will be charged

Worldwide (3-10 Business Days) £20.00
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery that must be signed for.

Customs & Duty
We currently ship to the following countries on a Delivery Duty Paid basis: European Union, United States, Canada, Japan. For all other countries please see below information on relevant Customs & Duty.
Where the purchased order is to be delivered to a consumer in the UK and other countries in the European Union, then prices, delivery charges and other charges are (unless otherwise stated) inclusive of VAT. For delivery to the Rest of the world (which shall be all other countries to which we ship excluding EU), prices, delivery charges and any other charges are (unless otherwise stated) exclusive of VAT.
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the import taxes and costs and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order.
Payments
All payments are handled by World Pay secure payments. We do not hold any credit card details. You can also pay via PayPal.
Returns And Exchanges
We provide merchandise of the highest quality. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are willing to exchange unworn/unused Goods when returned to FrancesNuttLondon, in perfect unworn and original condition with the receipt and tag within 14 days of purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within ten business days after shipment has been made, provided that:
i) the item is in its original condition
ii) the item has not been worn, used or damaged; and
iii) the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.
Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Merchandise returned to FrancesNuttLondon for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD (cash on delivery) returns. Returns should be made using registered Special Delivery Service. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. FrancesNuttLondon is not responsible for any items lost in the post.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Please note that Bespoke or other Special Order pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded – please contact us should you have any further queries.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us to arrange the return of the item at your earliest convenience. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. Please note that Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition with all packaging, tags and documentation included.
Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted to frances@francesnutt.co.uk
If FrancesNuttLondon receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, then you are deemed to have received and accepted the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
Gift Returns
If you have received an item from FrancesNuttLondon as a gift you may exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes and import duties and any additional charges that may incur as a result of exchange. Please contact frances@francesnutt.co.uk for assistance.
FrancesNuttLondon reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to trademark, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of FrancesNuttLondon. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by FrancesNuttLondon.
