Silk scarves inspired by the Linnaeus installation at the Chelsea Physic Garden<\/a>, London. Featuring an ancient map of Linnaeus\u2019 garden and botanical drawings by George Ehret.<\/div>\n

The Chelsea Physic Garden was established as the Apothecaries’ Garden in London, England, in 1673 by the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries to grow plants to be used as medicines.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Carl Linnaeus created the binomial system of naming classifying plants & animals. The background repeat pattern on the scarf shows his 1745 botanical garden in Uppsala Sweden which can still be visited.<\/div>\n
